Conceptualization & Visualization: Develop creative concepts and strong visual designs for a variety of projects, from initial idea to final execution.
Marketing & Campaign Design: Create visually engaging assets for integrated marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, digital ads, web banners, email templates, and event collateral.
Publication & Report Design: Design and layout multi-page documents such as annual reports, white papers, case studies, and corporate brochures, ensuring clarity, readability, and brand consistency.
Internal Communications: Support internal teams by designing compelling presentations, infographics, newsletters, and branding for internal events and initiatives.
Brand Stewardship: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all visual output is consistent with our corporate brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from Marketing, Communications, HR, and other departments to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and managing time effectively.
Additional Responsibilities :
Software Proficiency:
o Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. o Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint to design professional and visually appealing presentations. o Proficiency with Canva for creating quick-turnaround social media and internal communication assets.

o Excellent understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and composition. o Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging infographics and data visualizations. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively. o Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. o Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Technical and Professional Requirements : Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in design (B.Des in Communication Design, BVA in Applied Arts, or equivalent) is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, either in an in-house corporate team or a design agency.
Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing excellent conceptual thinking, visualization skills, and execution in branding, marketing, and publication design is required.
