We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer with strong video editing skills

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling graphics and producing engaging video content that enhances our brand storytelling across digital platforms. This role requires a balance of graphic design expertise, video production skills, and a passion for modern digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Edit and produce engaging video content

for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, and internal communications, ensuring high-quality output and storytelling impact.

Create motion graphics and visual effects

that align with brand identity, enhancing video content through animation, typography, and transitions.

3.

Design visually compelling graphics and layouts

for digital and print materials, including banners, posters, social media posts, and promotional assets.

4.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams

to translate campaign objectives into creative visuals and video concepts that drive engagement.

5.

Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and mood boards

to plan and present ideas for upcoming video and design projects.

6.

Ensure brand consistency and visual quality

across all creative materials, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and design standards.

7.

Manage and organize creative assets

, including video footage, design files, templates, and project archives for efficient access and reuse.

8.

Stay updated with design and video trends

, continuously improving content style, storytelling techniques, and platform-specific optimizations.

Qualifications & Skills

1-2 years

of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or in-house preferred). Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder), Capcut. Strong understanding of

visual storytelling, motion design, typography, and colour theory.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
