Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative

Graphic Designer & Video Editor

who can bring our brand stories to life across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visuals and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, product showcases, brochures, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media, e mailers, website banners, brochures, and presentations. Conceptualize and produce engaging video content including product promos, factory highlights, corporate films, and event recaps. Edit raw footage, add motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions to enhance video storytelling. Ensure all visuals align with Shera Energy's brand guidelines and aesthetic. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR teams to fulfill visual communication needs. Stay updated with industry trends and tools in graphic design and video editing.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience in both

static and motion design

. Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Attention to detail and a strong visual sense. Basic knowledge of photography and shooting videos is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields. 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is a plus.
