Creative Media Executive

Location: Conrad Building, World Trade Centre, Dubai

Experience: 2-3 Years | Mode: In-Office

About the Role: We're looking for a creative powerhouse - someone who can design with impact and edit with emotion. If you know how to make real estate properties look irresistible through visuals and videos that stop the scroll, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities:

₹ Conceptualize and design digital creatives for ads, social media, and marketing campaigns (real estate focus).

₹ Edit high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and paid ad campaigns with strong storytelling and retention value.

₹ Work closely with the marketing and performance teams to create scroll-stopping visuals and videos that drive engagement and leads.

₹ Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.

₹ Stay updated with current design and editing trends, social media styles, and viral video formats.

₹ Manage multiple design tasks and deliver within deadlines. Required Skills:

Design Skills: ₹ Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva (Expert level)

₹ Strong sense of composition, color, typography, and visual storytelling.

₹ Experience in designing property brochures, social media posts, and ad creatives for real estate.

Video Editing Skills:

₹ Adobe Premiere Pro (Advanced proficiency)

₹ Adobe After Effects (Basic to Intermediate level)

₹ Knowledge of retention editing, pacing, transitions, and modern cut styles for social media videos. ₹ Experience creating real estate walkthroughs, ad videos, and promo reels.

Preferred Experience:

₹ 2-3 years of professional experience in real estate marketing or agency setup.

₹ Strong understanding of content aesthetics for luxury properties.

₹ Ability to collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for creative direction.
