Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Design visual content for print and digital applications that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences; \xe2\x97\x8f Design and layout of materials for internal communications and engagement with our board of directors; \xe2\x97\x8f Design and layout of essential business materials (e.g. business cards, presentations); \xe2\x97\x8f Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data; \xe2\x97\x8f Edit video clips for use on social media platforms; \xe2\x97\x8f Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events; \xe2\x97\x8f Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction; \xe2\x97\x8f Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction; \xe2\x97\x8f Assist team in developing and executing communications plans; \xe2\x97\x8f Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts; \xe2\x97\x8f Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms; \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files; \xe2\x97\x8f Other duties as assigned.
