Key Responsibilities
Video Editing (Primary):
Edit and produce
videos, reels, motion graphics, and animations
for social media, marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand communication.
Handle video production workflows including editing, color correction, sound design, and transitions.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to
conceptualize video strategies and scripts
tailored for both local and international audiences.
Deliver videos optimized for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Ads, etc.).
Graphic Design (Secondary but Important):
Create visually appealing
social media creatives, banners, infographics, thumbnails, presentations, and marketing materials
.
Support campaigns with
design elements
that complement video content.
Adapt designs for
international campaigns and multicultural audiences
.
Work with
international clients
to understand briefs, deliver tailored creative solutions, and ensure cultural relevance in all deliverables.
Stay updated with the
latest global video and design trends, tools, and best practices
.
Maintain a well-organized library of creative assets, raw files, and project archives.
Key Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film/Video Editing, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years as a
Video Editor with strong Graphic Design skills
.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
(video editing & motion graphics).
Strong knowledge of
Photoshop, Illustrator
(graphic design).
Ability to create
story-driven content
and deliver polished videos independently.
Familiarity with
content creation for international markets and global campaigns
.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with
international clients
.
A
portfolio/demo reel
showcasing high-quality video editing and design work (global projects preferred) is mandatory.
Good to Have
Knowledge of
3D animation tools
(Blender, Cinema4D, etc.).
Basic understanding of
UI/UX design
.
Creative storytelling and scriptwriting abilities.
