Key Responsibilities
1. UX/UI & Digital Product Design (User Experience)
Design and Prototype:
Translate product requirements and user research into intuitive
user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
for our website and mobile application.
User Advocacy:
Conduct basic
usability testing
and leverage data to make informed design decisions that enhance user satisfaction and conversion rates.
Design System:
Maintain and evolve a consistent
UI design system
and style guide, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all digital interfaces.
2. Graphic Design & Branding (Visual Identity)
Marketing Assets:
Design high-impact
digital and print marketing materials
, including social media ads, website banners, email campaigns, presentations, and print collateral.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all visual output strictly adheres to and elevates the company's brand identity and aesthetic standards.
Asset Management:
Prepare final artwork files for production and manage the centralized library of visual assets.
3. Video Editing & Motion Graphics (Dynamic Content)
Video Production:
Edit, assemble, and finalize
raw video footage
into engaging, polished videos for marketing campaigns, tutorials, social media, and internal communications.
Post-Production:
Execute professional-level
color grading, audio mixing, and sound design
.
Motion Graphics:
Create and integrate
motion graphics, titles, and visual effects
to enhance video storytelling and branding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience (X+ years) in a professional design role with a portfolio that clearly demonstrates expertise across
UX/UI, Graphic Design, and Video Editing

Software Mastery:
Expert proficiency in the following industry-standard tools:
UX/UI:
Figma or Sketch/Adobe XD (for prototyping and wireframing).
Graphic Design:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Video Editing:
Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Strong understanding of
design principles
(typography, color theory, visual hierarchy) and
user-centered design (UCD)
methodology.
Excellent
storytelling skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
