Functions Responsibilities: Under direction of Senior Designer assist in creating embroideries, prints, and t-shirt graphics, with a strong emphasis on prints Assist in creating logo and packaging designs Contribute to seasonal graphic and print concept through in depth research and trend analysis Create, maintain and update all artwork, sketches, Illustrator drawings, specifications, and boards supporting the process and meeting all deadlines accordingly. Assure timely and accurate execution of production ready artworks. Prepare and distribute print and art development packages Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve design issues Manage junior staff and freelancers Requirements: 3-5 years relevant experience Bachelors Degree in Design or Fine Arts Proficiency in painting and drawing skills required. Highly proficient in Illustrator and proficiency in Photoshop. Knowledge of Apparel CAD software preferred. Strong creative skills and ability to work collaboratively with others. Ability to manage both creative and administrative tasks. Self-motivated with ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent organizational follow-up skills through verbal written communication. Knowledge of brand, consumer, and history a plus. Graphic Design in an apparel company required. Textile Design experience required.
