RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain high standards of creative designs and ensure that only the best work is released to advertisers.
• Incorporate creative execution best practices to ensure high-volume designs are delivered in a timely manner.
• Independently perform medium complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive and customer centric while following the brand style guides.
• Present work to design and key stakeholders for review and feedback.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in fine arts/Visual Design/Visual Communication/Graphic Design related creative studies or a minimum of 3 to 4 years of equivalent and proven work experience in respective fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced global online environment.
• Attention to detail and an awareness that everything counts.
• Expert understanding of graphic design and manipulation of graphic design elements
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Demonstrated business acumen and customer-centricity.
• Digital platform design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business and advertisers\xe2\x80\x99 priorities.
• Vector based illustration skills.
• Ready to work EU hours.
• Knowledge of web architecture, usability, UX and UI Design beneficial
