Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience are welcome to apply. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of designers, developers, and project managers while creating impactful visuals that align with client requirements and brand vision.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and create visually appealing graphics across more than 15-20 deliverables/products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and tech) to understand project needs and deliver creatives accordingly.
Follow brand guidelines while infusing creativity and uniqueness into designs.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
Receive and implement feedback from team leads and clients to enhance visual output.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Certification in graphic design courses is a plus.
Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
Creativity: Strong sense of design, color theory, typography, and composition.
Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver polished, high-quality work.
Adaptability: Openness to learning new tools and design techniques.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Collaboration: Team player with a positive attitude and ability to take constructive feedback.
