Create visuals that align with the company's branding guidelines and marketing goals.
Support content and marketing teams in developing eye-catching creatives for campaigns.
2. Social Media & Digital Assets
Design and optimize visuals for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Adapt designs to different formats (square, vertical, horizontal) as required.
Ensure timely delivery of designs as per the content calendar.
3. Branding & Consistency
Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
Assist in creating or refining brand elements such as logos, templates, and color schemes.
Support new brand and campaign launches with visual concepts.
4. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the
Digital Marketing, Content, and Web teams
to meet creative requirements.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new visual ideas.
Take feedback positively and make timely design revisions.
5. Learning & Skill Development
Explore and learn new design trends, tools, and software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
Stay updated with the latest social media design trends and ad formats.
Show progress in creativity, speed, and understanding of brand communication.
6. Project Management
Manage multiple design tasks with proper deadlines.
Maintain an organized folder structure for all creative files.
