Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design
Design social media creatives, ad banners, posters, and digital campaigns.
Work on static, carousel, and animated formats for various brands.
Create visual identities and branding elements like logos, icons, and templates.
Collaboration
Coordinate with the social media and content team to translate briefs into visuals.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and communication tone.
Suggest creative directions, visual trends, and new design ideas during brainstorming sessions.
Technical Skills
Prepare high-quality print and digital-ready files.
Work efficiently under deadlines with multiple projects in hand.
Maintain organized project files and design assets.
Requirements:
2+ years of professional design experience in a digital marketing or creative agency.
Proficiency in
CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
(knowledge of After Effects is a plus).
Strong visual sense with attention to color, typography, and layout balance.
Understanding of social media aesthetics and ad design psychology.
Portfolio that demonstrates creativity, brand understanding, and versatility.
