Experience

Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital art, branding, UI/UX design, motion graphics, and print advertising. Solid understanding of color management principles, typography best practices, layout design, and visual storytelling techniques. Experience designing for web platforms including WordPress or similar CMS; familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus. Knowledge of sign manufacturing or production design is advantageous but not required. Strong presentation skills to communicate ideas effectively to team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently from home while managing multiple projects efficiently. Prior experience in real estate marketing or working within a fast-paced creative environment is preferred but not mandatory.
