About the Role:

You will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual assets, from static graphics for social media and websites to dynamic videos for ads, promotions, and tutorials. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong understanding of design principles and a keen eye for detail. You must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and have a portfolio that showcases your design and video editing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce engaging visual content for various digital platforms, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), email campaigns, websites, and digital ads. Conceptualize, shoot (if necessary), and edit videos for a variety of purposes, such as product demonstrations, customer testimonials, social media reels, and promotional campaigns. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual assets. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate marketing goals into effective visual designs. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and digital marketing best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality. Organize and maintain a library of visual assets, including graphics, video clips, and templates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout. Experience with video production, including shooting, lighting, and audio (a plus). Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and the ability to create content that aligns with marketing strategies. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Digital Marketing Knowledge,A solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and web design.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion graphics and animation. Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for creating viral content. Familiarity with marketing platforms and content management systems.
