About the Role

We're looking for a

highly skilled Graphic Designer

who can do more than just make things look good. If you have a strong portfolio, understand design psychology, and know how to create visuals that connect with people and drive marketing results, this role is for you.

Your primary focus will be on

graphic and UI design

, but we also value creativity in

motion graphics

for campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and brand collaterals. Design clean, modern

UI layouts

for websites, landing pages, with attention to user experience. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to bring brand stories to life through design that aligns with

consumer behaviour and marketing psychology

. Develop visual assets that maintain consistency with brand identity and guidelines. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide

design-led creative input

for campaigns and content strategies. (Bonus) Apply

motion graphics and simple animations

to elevate visuals for digital campaigns, reels, and ads. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our creative edge sharp.

Requirements

2-3 years of proven experience in

graphic design

with a strong portfolio showcasing

UI work

and creative projects. Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma/Sketch, After Effects or similar). Strong understanding of

layout, typography, color theory, and design systems

. Ability to think conceptually, adapt content into compelling visuals, and design with

audience psychology in mind

. Knowledge of motion graphics/animation tools will be considered an advantage. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work

on-site at our office
