Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

with

1-2 years of experience

in graphic design and a strong understanding of

digital marketing principles

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics for online campaigns, social media, website assets, email marketing, and other digital platforms. You'll work closely with the marketing team to support branding, lead generation, and content strategy efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Design graphics for digital platforms including social media, email campaigns, display ads, and website content Create engaging visuals aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives Collaborate with the digital marketing team to conceptualize campaign ideas and support execution Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) or similar tools Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing tools) Design landing pages, banners, infographics, and promotional materials Optimize graphics for responsiveness and fast loading across devices Stay updated on current design and digital marketing trends Assist in the creation and editing of short-form video content (preferred but not mandatory)

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in graphic design (in-house or agency) Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus Good communication and time management skills A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work

Preferred Skills:

Experience designing for paid media campaigns Video editing or animation skills (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch Understanding of SEO, web analytics, or social media insights tools is a plus
