Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Web & Creative)

who can design high-quality marketing creatives and website visuals, and also implement them on live websites using

Figma, basic CSS, and WordPress

.

This role bridges

design + light front-end implementation

, ensuring that designs look pixel-perfect on the live website and maintain a premium brand feel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Banner & Marketing Creative Design

Design visually appealing creatives including:

Website homepage banners Collection & category page banners Sale, festival & promotional creatives Product highlight banners Social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) Email marketing graphics Promotional posters & digital ads

Tools Required:

Figma Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator / Canva (Bonus)

2. Figma Web Layout Design

Design complete website sections in Figma Create landing page layouts Redesign homepage sections Design responsive layouts (desktop & mobile) Prepare developer-ready components and assets

3. Website Implementation (Light CSS Work)

Apply designs on

WordPress / Shopify websites

Adjust spacing, fonts, and colors using

basic CSS

Fix alignment and layout issues Make sections responsive Add banners and visuals correctly on live pages Improve visual UX without breaking existing code
(Note: Candidate is not expected to be a developer but must understand basic CSS editing.)

4. WordPress Visual Management

Upload and replace website banners Edit pages using

Elementor / Gutenberg

Create and update landing pages Update blog and content visuals Manage media library efficiently Optimize images for web performance and speed

5. Brand Consistency & Design Quality

Maintain brand colors, fonts, and visual guidelines Ensure a premium fashion / e-commerce brand look Improve overall website visual appeal Optimize banner layouts for better conversions

Required Skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

1 year Experience working with

e-commerce or fashion brands

Strong eye for layout, typography, and color Ability to balance creativity with usability Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
