Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent layout skills, and hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design creatives for digital and print media including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations

Develop layouts and visuals based on marketing requirements and brand guidelines

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to understand design needs

Ensure consistency in designs, colors, fonts, and branding across all materials

Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar design software

Strong creativity with excellent layout and visual design skills

Good understanding of color theory, typography, and visual composition

Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines

Basic knowledge of print production and digital design standards

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Basic knowledge of Figma or similar UI/UX design tools

Experience with basic video editing or 2D motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)

Familiarity with designing creatives for social media and digital marketing campaigns

Understanding of branding guidelines and visual storytelling

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred)
