Responsibilities:
Create 20-30 Instagram posts/carousels weekly (product launch, offers, stories)
Design 10-15 Reels thumbnails + text overlays (trending & aesthetic)
Make festive campaign assets (Diwali, Durga Puja, Holi, Eid, etc.)
Design emailers, website banners, WhatsApp creatives
Edit product photos (background removal, colour correction, mockups)
Create Canva templates for quick team use
Help with packaging stickers & thank-you cards design
Occasionally design collab posts with influencers
Must-Have
Super comfortable with Canva (expert level)
Basic Photoshop or Figma knowledge (big plus)
Understands Instagram grid aesthetic & pastel vibes
Available 5-6 days/week
