Conceptualize and design engaging visual content for digital and print materials (social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, emails, posters, etc.).
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
Create logos, illustrations, iconography, layouts, and other graphic elements.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaigns and promotional materials.
Edit and retouch photos, apply typography rules, and design layouts.
Prepare final artwork for printing and digital publication.
Work with clients or internal teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Adjust designs based on feedback and ensure final outputs meet quality standards.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in this field as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in industry-standard design software:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
Figma, Canva, or similar design tools
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (optional but beneficial)
Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation
Strong illustration, layout, and typography skills
Familiarity with social media design formats and digital marketing assets
