Conceptualize and design engaging graphics for social media, websites, digital ads, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
Develop visually appealing layouts, illustrations, animations, and brand elements based on project requirements.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create cohesive and brand-aligned creatives.
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all digital platforms.
Adapt and optimize designs for various formats, including mobile, web, and print.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital design.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Revise designs based on team and client feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience of 1-3 as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of basic motion graphics is a plus.
