Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
to join our in-house creative and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
, as well as basic to intermediate knowledge of
video and podcast editing
. The candidate will be responsible for developing digital and print creatives that align with Kingston Group's brand identity across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design high-quality visual content for marketing, social media, website, and print materials.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create promotional designs for campaigns across Kingston Educational Institute, Kingston General Hospital, Krishna Creation, and other group entities.
Develop layout and design frameworks in
Figma
for website UI/UX and landing pages.
Create engaging
Canva
templates for social media, presentations, and internal communications.
Edit and produce short-form
videos, reels, and podcast episodes
for YouTube, Instagram, and Spotify.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and message alignment.
Manage creative assets, maintain version control, and adhere to project deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Media, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
Proficiency in
Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
.
Basic to intermediate understanding of
video and podcast editing software
(Audacity, Adobe Audition, or equivalent).
Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and visual storytelling ability.
Ability to multitask and manage creative deliverables for multiple brands simultaneously.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Preferred:
Knowledge of animation tools (After Effects or similar) will be an added advantage.
Experience working in the education or healthcare sector will be considered a plus.
