Key Responsibilities:
Create visually compelling designs for social media posts, property listings, brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Design and adapt content for multiple platforms -- including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website banners.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize campaigns that attract and engage property buyers and investors.
Develop layouts and designs that maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines.
Edit and enhance images, videos, and property renders for digital and print use.
Support the marketing team during events, exhibitions, and roadshows with branding and promotional materials.
Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts
, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
Experience working in
real estate, advertising, or a creative agency
preferred.
Strong eye for detail, typography, and visual balance.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
