Conceptualize and design high-quality creative assets across multiple channels for the brand (social media & printable) Design graphics for social media, in-app elements, campaigns and other internal documents Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop designs accordingly Ensure the visual language of the brand is maintained across all channels Refine designs based on feedback from leadership and external stakeholders Create/manage a system of creative templates and guidelines that can be used across the team Help QC creatives and provide feedback to team and contractors to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines Assist leadership team in developing internal presentation decks Minimum 2 years of working experience as a graphic designer in any agency An online portfolio or samples of work must be provided along with a resume Experience in digital advertising & retail or e-commerce design Knowledge of relevant software including Adobe Creative Suite and other image-optimizing applications Knowledge of design principles like typography, composition, color theory amongst others Ability to deal well with ambiguity, prioritise needs, and deliver results in a dynamic environment Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables at one time to meet aggressive deadlines Strong attention to detail Strong ability to present concepts to senior and executive level stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills: Adobe Creative Suite

Video Editing knowledge is a plus point primarily Motion Graphics.
