Develop and execute recruiting plans
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
Requirements : We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 1 year of experience to:
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create visually engaging designs.
Design digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Stay updated on design trends and continuously improve skills and techniques.
