Job Summary

:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual design principles, be proficient in graphic design software, and have a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including websites, social media, print, and advertisements.

Key Responsibilities

:

Conceptualize and create designs

: Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.

Design and produce graphics

: Create high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and website elements.

Collaborate with the marketing team

: Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure that visual content is consistent with the brand and meets project objectives.

Manage multiple projects

: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.

Stay updated on industry trends

: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and processes.

Ensure brand consistency

: Maintain brand consistency across all visual content, ensuring that all designs align with the company's visual identity guidelines.

Revise and improve designs

: Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback and ensure the final product meets quality standards.

Prepare files for production

: Ensure that all design files are prepared correctly for print or digital publication.

Required Qualifications

:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience

: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Canva is a plus. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Creativity

: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Attention to Detail

: Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Communication

: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas.

Time Management

: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Portfolio

: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Experience with Motion Graphics

: Familiarity with animation and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).

Web Design Experience

: Understanding of web design principles and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Branding Experience

: Experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
