As we continue to expand our online presence, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation & E-commerce Assets:

Create stunning visual content for our online platforms, including website banners, product listings, advertisements, and social media visuals.

Video Production & Editing:

Shoot and edit short product videos to enhance the online shopping experience and highlight our products. Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other video editing software is a must.

Software Expertise:

Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other design tools to create compelling graphics, product images, and promotional materials.

Creative Direction:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative design concepts for eCommerce campaigns and promotional material, while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

E-commerce Focus:

Ensure designs are optimized for online sales platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), focusing on product display, user experience, and maximizing conversions.

Brand Development:

Help shape the visual language and identity of Hammonds Flycatcher, aligning with our luxury, high-quality image.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in eCommerce, digital marketing, and branding. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, etc.) and CorelDRAW. Experience in shooting and editing small videos for digital platforms. Strong understanding of eCommerce design best practices and trends. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented, creative, and able to think outside the box to deliver high-quality designs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A passion for design and a deep understanding of what drives sales in an online environment.

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with motion graphics and animation. Experience in photography for product shoots.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of professional design experience. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
