The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both graphic design and motion graphics, with expertise in utilizing AI-powered tools for video and image creation. You will work alongside a creative team to produce eye-catching designs and animations for digital, social media, and advertising projects. Your role will involve translating client ideas into compelling visuals and animations, while incorporating the latest trends in AI design tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design Creation

: Develop visually stunning graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and project briefs.

Brand Identity Development

: Maintain and evolve brand identity through consistent design, including logos, typography, and layouts.

Creative Collaboration

: Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other designers to bring creative concepts to life.

AI-Enhanced Design

: Use AI-driven design tools to streamline processes, improve creative outputs, and ensure high-quality results.

Motion Graphics

: Create dynamic motion graphics and animations for video content, advertisements, and multimedia projects.

Storyboarding & Concept Design

: Visualize and storyboard animations, ensuring they align with the project's creative direction.

Video Editing & Effects

: Edit and enhance video footage with animation, special effects, and transitions to create polished final products.

Trend Awareness

: Stay up-to-date with design trends and AI developments to continually push the creative envelope.

Client Feedback Implementation

: Iterate on designs and animations based on client feedback, ensuring satisfaction and creative consistency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Motion Graphic Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing design and animation work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with AI design tools like Adobe Sensei, Runway, or others. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Experience in motion graphics, 2D animation, and video editing. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a creative team. A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.
