Role: Visual Designer/Graphic DesignerLocation: Wagholi, Pune

Work experience: 4-5 years experience
Functional area - Design, creative, visual designing, user experienceSalary: ? 30 - 35 K per month (as per experience and skills)Preferably from Pune / nearby area:

• Responsible for conceptualization and execution of visuals/ designs for various platforms - social media marketing, corporate branding, sales presentations, brochures, banners, product packaging, audio-visuals etc.
• Collaborate with different departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance) to fulfil creative/ designing requirements
• E commerce developer who has worked on Shopify and have experience in website designing.
• Focus on brand consistency across all touchpoints through helping craft design specifications, standards, style guides, toolkits, and processes. Well versed in web development and designing.
• Work on multiple projects at a time, using communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately
• Abreast with latest design standards, trends and best practices
• Contribute towards enhancing the brand visibility through creation of professional content and designs for various marketing initiatives
• Research and evaluate competitors and maintain analytics on their design and content
• Good visual design skills with sensitivity to human-centered experiences

Requirement:

• Work experience: 4-5 years in Visual Design capacity or any other related professional field.
• Education: Graduates/ Post-Graduates in Fine Arts/ Graphic Design/ Visual Communications and Design or any related field. Are preferred, though not mandatory. However, if a candidate has a bachelor's degree in an unrelated field but technical training in the field of graphic design in order to meet the educational qualifications is acceptable.

Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, web development and design, InVision, Photoshop/Illustrator Wire framing/InDesign. The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of typography, iconography, color, space, and texture. Experience of working on Wilcom e-4.5 software will be preferred.You will use your knowledge, expertise and skills in all these fields to help our users successfully navigate and become comfortable with our products.Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-timeSalary: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per monthSchedule:
