Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Video Editor

with strong skills in

graphic design

and

thumbnail editing

to join our content production team. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging video content, designing eye-catching thumbnails, and creating high-quality visual assets for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media. Create compelling and click-worthy thumbnails tailored to each platform's best practices. Design graphics, animations, intros/outros, lower thirds, and other motion/visual assets. Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement. Manage and organize video assets and project files efficiently. Stay updated with current trends in video editing, design, and social media algorithms. Optimize videos for performance, including pacing, formatting, and platform-specific enhancements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Video Editor

with a strong portfolio of edited content and designed thumbnails. Proficiency in video editing software such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve

, or similar. Graphic design skills with tools like

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

, or equivalent. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects is a plus). Understanding of YouTube SEO, click-through rates (CTR), and thumbnail optimization strategies. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creativity, storytelling ability, and a strong sense of timing and visual composition.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with YouTube or influencer content. Familiarity with content trends across platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok). Basic audio editing and sound design knowledge. Ability to adapt to different visual styles and brand guidelines
