Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Develop concepts, create logos, social media graphics, website visuals, brochures, and print materials.

Video Editing:

Assemble raw footage, edit video, sync audio, add music, sound effects, and graphics/motion graphics.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing, content, and other teams to align visuals with strategy and brand voice.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain a unified visual style across all platforms and assets.

Project Management:

Handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback.

Trend Awareness:

Stay updated on the latest design and video trends and best practices.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Software Proficiency:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.

Design Fundamentals:

Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Technical Skills:

Photo manipulation, video editing, motion graphics, sound mixing, color correction.

Soft Skills:

Creativity, attention to detail, communication, organization, ability to work under pressure.
Example Deliverables:

Social media posts, digital ads, website banners, email templates. Promotional videos, YouTube content, event highlights, instructional videos.
