The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong visual and video creativity, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design graphics for social media, branding, and digital marketing campaigns.
Work extensively with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe tools.
Edit videos for reels, ads, promotions, and other online platforms.
Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and visual aesthetics.
Work on UI/UX elements for digital platforms.
Collaborate with the content, marketing, and product teams to deliver high-quality designs.
Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining creativity and originality.
Keep up with the latest trends in design, social media, and video editing.
Ensure timely delivery of creative outputs.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
is a must.
Strong knowledge of
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
,
Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
Experience in designing
marketing collaterals, brochures, and digital creatives
.
Understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
Presentation design skills using Keynote and PowerPoint
are a plus.
Motion graphics & video editing skills.
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Ability to work independently and take creative ownership of projects.
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
What we are looking for:
Candidates with 6 months - 1.5 years of experience will be preferred.
Bachelors degree or certification
in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience
in graphic design and
video editing.
Good understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Experience working in
coaching institutes
is highly preferred.
Ability to work effectively onsite in the Noida office.
