, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visuals for digital and print platforms. You should be able to understand client requirements, translate ideas into designs, and maintain brand consistency across all creatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging graphics for social media posts, ads, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Develop brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and design systems.
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing campaigns.
Prepare design drafts and present ideas to clients or internal teams.
Ensure all creatives are consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for different formats.
Edit and retouch images, create illustrations, and manage design assets.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools like Canva and Figma.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Ability to design for multiple formats (social media, web, print).
Creative thinking with attention to detail and deadlines.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with motion graphics, short videos, or animations.
Knowledge of UI/UX design basics.
Understanding of marketing principles and campaign objectives.
