YouTube content network

consisting of 4 channels focused on

AI, Technology, Knowledge, Innovation, and Digital Culture.

Our mission is to produce cinematic, story-driven, and highly engaging video content that educates and inspires millions of viewers across the world.

We're now looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Video Editor

who can turn raw voiceovers, scripts, and visual assets into high-quality, YouTube-ready videos.

Role Overview

As a YouTube Video Editor, you will be responsible for

editing long-form YouTube episodes

and creating

short-form content (Reels/Shorts)

optimized for engagement and retention.
You'll collaborate closely with the

research and voice-over team

to bring each concept to life through powerful visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form clips using

Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro

Sync voiceovers with visuals, add B-roll, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, and background music Create

YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels

from main content for repurposing Design video hooks and opening sequences that capture viewer attention within the first 5 seconds Ensure all videos meet the

brand's visual and storytelling tone

Work with the team to brainstorm ideas for pacing, effects, and motion graphics Manage project files, organize media assets, and maintain workflow consistency across all 4 channels Stay up to date with

YouTube editing trends

and content formats

Required Skills

Proven experience editing

YouTube videos or similar content

Strong understanding of

YouTube pacing, storytelling, and retention editing

Proficiency in

Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro

Ability to add captions, color grading, and simple motion graphics Good sense of

music timing, sound design, and visual storytelling

Familiar with tools like

Canva / Photoshop / After Effects (basic knowledge)

Organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects Bonus: Understanding of AI tools (Runway, Pictory, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) for creative workflows

Preferred Style

We're looking for someone who understands the storytelling and editing tone of creators like:

or similar high-retention, documentary-style content creators.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
