We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic digital marketing agency in Chennai. Ideal for fresh talent with up to 2 years of experience, you'll support our brands like QuintorQ and Therrawolf by crafting engaging visuals for social media, ads, and promotional content. This role offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced startup environment focused on content strategy and business scaling.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts, and Facebook ads using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut. Design eye-catching graphics, thumbnails, banners, and motion graphics with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Canva. Collaborate with the content team to align visuals with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns. Optimize assets for social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn) to boost engagement. Assist in basic video scripting and storyboarding for quick-turnaround projects. Stay updated on trends in video production and graphic design.
Requirements

0-2 years of relevant experience; freshers with a strong portfolio welcome. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools. Basic understanding of video formats, resolutions, and social media specs. Strong eye for aesthetics, color theory, and storytelling through visuals. Comfortable with MacOS and collaborative tools like Google Drive or Figma. Excellent time management for handling multiple projects.
Preferred Skills

Experience with motion graphics or animation. Passion for digital marketing, or creative content (bonus!).
