who can create

high-engagement content

for social media, ads, and brand communication. You should understand

trends, emotions, storytelling, and mass appeal

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing

Edit short-form videos for

Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook

Create

high-retention, hook-based videos

Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, transitions Edit founder videos, product videos, reels, ads & event coverage Follow trending formats, memes, and viral styles

Graphic Designing

Design creatives for: Social media posts & stories Product promotions & offers Store branding & posters WhatsApp creatives Maintain

brand consistency

Create thumbnails, banners, flyers, and ad creatives

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing & content team Suggest creative ideas, hooks, and content formats Adapt designs quickly based on performance feedback

Required SkillsSoftware Skills

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

Creative Skills

Strong sense of

storytelling & visual flow

Understanding of

social media algorithms & trends

Ability to turn raw footage into engaging content Good color grading and typography sense

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
