Job Summary

We are looking for a

creative and experienced Image & Video Editor

to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality visual content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and

YouTube channel

, including

ads, reels, shorts, carousel posts, and full-length videos

. You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to bring concepts to life and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

Edit and produce engaging videos for YouTube (long-form) and short-form social platforms Create trendy, attention-grabbing

Reels, Shorts

Add motion graphics, sound design, color grading, captions, and transitions Fluent in

Tamil editing, subtitling, transliteration, and style

creation.

Image Editing & Design

Create visually appealing

social media posts, carousels, thumbnails

, and ads Enhance photos using retouching, effects, layouts, and branding elements

Ads Content Creation

Edit creatives specifically for

paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Ads)

Optimize videos and images to maximize CTR, reach, and conversions

Content Optimization

Ensure all creatives align with brand identity and platform best practices Resize and format assets for different networks

Collaboration

Work with social media managers, content writers, and strategists Be proactive in ideation to generate new creative content concepts

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years professional experience

editing for social media & YouTube

Strong portfolio showcasing:

Social media visuals YouTube videos & thumbnails Ads creatives Fluent in

Tamil editing, subtitling, transliteration, and style

creation.

? Tools you must be proficient in

Video Editing:

Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve

Motion Graphics:

After Effects / Canva Pro (advanced)

Image Editing:

Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva

Audio editing:

Audition / Premiere built-in tools

? Knowledge of social platform formats

(e.g., YouTube, Shorts, Reels, Facebook, Instagram)

? Good understanding of social media trends & visual storytelling
