Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visually engaging graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, banners, ads, presentations, and website assets.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies.
Ensure consistency of branding across all visual materials.
Prepare design files for both digital and print, if required.
Video Editing:
Edit promotional, social media, and internal videos as per requirements.
Add motion graphics, transitions, music, and text overlays.
Manage raw footage, organize clips, and ensure timely delivery.
Optimize video content for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and design principles.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends.
Basic knowledge of photography or camera handling is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time-management skills.
