Grit Developments is a leading real estate development company, and we are looking for a

talented Video Editor & Graphic Designer

to join our creative team. If you have a passion for crafting engaging visual content and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations. Enhance raw footage with motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound design. Work on property walkthrough videos, promotional ads, and brand content.

Graphic Design:

Design engaging graphics for social media, brochures, posters, and presentations. Create branding materials, including logos, business cards, and digital assets. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Other Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content. Stay up to date with design trends and real estate marketing strategies. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

Experience:

2+ years in video editing & graphic design.

Software Proficiency:

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Skills:

Strong storytelling and visual editing skills. Motion graphics & animation experience is a plus. Knowledge of social media trends & best practices for video content. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Hardware Requirements:

Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher processor 8GB RAM (16GB recommended) SSD for better performance Dedicated GPU preferred Stable high-speed internet connection
