We at Black Cab are looking for a Graphic designer lead who is passionate about impeccable graphics and social media designing, is hands-on with illustration and who fully understands the necessity of compelling visual storytelling. An added bonus would be if you are equipped with the know-how of Motion Graphics and Video Editing.

You are an inspired thinker with a keen awareness of the world around them, who not only has artistic creativity but is a design leader who can successfully communicate both internally and with clients, manage multiple projects at once, take the ball and run with it and follow through.

Responsibilities:

Experience in designing projects for both Print and Digital media from concept creation to completed project. Editing in Video Editing Ability to work collaboratively with client engagement teams and account managers. Understand business objectives and proactively contribute both strategic and design ideas. Develop a high level of understanding of brief requirements, communication strategy and client's perspective, and execution of campaigns along with team members. Provide concepts for digital, offline, and social media campaigns. Develop the visual tone and messages that will shape the most effective communication for the concerned brand. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple projects at once. Able to naturally funnel constructive criticism into new ideas. Design website, microsite, web banners, and other UI-based collateral.

Qualifications, experience, and skills required:

3 years experience in a design/creative firm Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Ability to create artwork and lead the team. A Professional degree from a design school is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
