About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can convert concepts into visually appealing graphics and engaging videos. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects across social media, website, advertising, and branding.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Create high-quality graphics for social media posts, reels, stories, ads, banners, and website creatives*.

Design brochures, catalogues, presentations, and brand materials*.

Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms.
Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and design layouts for campaigns.
Edit and retouch product images when required.
Prepare print-ready files for offline marketing materials.
Video Editing

Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos(Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads).
Edit product videos, walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes, and client testimonial videos*.

Add motion graphics, transitions, text overlays, and basic animation.
Manage sound, color correction, and pacing to match brand tone.
Create thumbnail designs and visual hooks for high-performing videos.
Tools & Software Proficiency

Adobe Photoshop*

Adobe Illustrator*

Adobe Premiere Pro*

Adobe After Effects(basic to intermediate)
Canva(optional but preferred)
Skills Required

Strong sense of aesthetics, color combinations, and layout.
Ability to work with tight deadlines and multiple projects.
Creative thinking with problem-solving attitude.
Basic understanding of digital marketing trends and social media formats.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
