We're looking for a creative and versatile

Graphic Designer & Video Editor

who can craft striking visuals, produce engaging video content, and manage our social media presence.

This role acts as a bridge between design, advertisement, and community engagement across channels like Meta, Linkedin, and Whatsapp.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

Create high-quality assets--social posts, infographics, banners, and ad creatives for both digital and print

Video Editing & Production:

Edit short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos; integrate motion graphics, audio, and color correction .

Social Media Management:

Plan, schedule, and publish content; write captions/call-to-actions; monitor performance and optimize using analytics

Collaboration & Concepting:

Work with marketing, sales, content, and strategy teams to brainstorm across campaigns and ensure brand consistency

Asset & Workflow Management:

Maintain organized libraries of design/video files; stay current on platform specs and creative trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

2-5 years in graphic design and video editing for digital/social media.

Technical Tools:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent; Canva or Figma

Social Media Know-How:

Knowledge of content formats, platform best practices, algorithms, and analytics dashboards (garaventalift.com).

Creative Storytelling:

Strong visual storytelling, motion graphics, brand awareness, typography, and layout skills (startup.jobs).

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, time management, ability to handle feedback, and juggle multiple projects.
