Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer & Video Editor

proficient in authorized industry-standard software. The candidate will be responsible for developing visually engaging digital content, including static and motion graphics, videos, and visual assets for marketing campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality digital creatives, social media graphics, posters, banners, brochures, and brand assets. Edit and assemble raw video footage into compelling marketing videos, promotional reels, and motion graphics. Collaborate closely with the marketing and content team to visualize and execute brand-aligned campaigns. Work on client projects for diverse industries, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and deadlines. Manage and organize digital assets, maintaining version control and file consistency across projects. Stay updated with current design and video trends, applying modern visual aesthetics to company deliverables. Ensure all designs and edits comply with company copyright, licensing, and authorized software policies.

Authorized Software Used

Candidates must be proficient in using licensed and authorized tools, including but not limited to:

Adobe Creative Cloud Suite:

Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, InDesign

Canva Pro (Corporate License)

Figma (For UI/UX Collaboration)

DaVinci Resolve (Optional for Color Grading)

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field. Minimum of 1-2

years of professional experience

in a corporate or agency environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both

graphic design

and

video editing

. Understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout design. Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.

Key Projects & Deliverables (Sample Scope)

The selected candidate will be involved in the following types of projects:

Digital Campaigns:

Design visual creatives and edit promotional videos for social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Corporate Branding:

Create brand identity materials such as logos, business cards, pitch decks, and marketing brochures.

Product Launch Videos:

Edit product explainer videos, demo reels, and motion graphic intros for digital promotions.

Website & App Visuals:

Design banners, icons, and infographics for UI/UX design projects in collaboration with developers.

Client Projects:

Develop custom design and video solutions for clients across industries including real estate, e-commerce, healthcare, and technology.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience and portfolio quality.
