Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Design engaging visual assets for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and branding Create thumbnails, banners, posters, and marketing creatives Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs

Video Editing

Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and websites Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and basic animations Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.

AI Tools & Automation

Use AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and turnaround time Generate and refine visuals, videos, scripts, and concepts using AI Stay updated with emerging AI tools and workflows in design and video production

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams Translate briefs and ideas into compelling visual stories Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Graphic Designer and Video Editor

Proficiency in tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Figma / Canva Hands-on experience with

AI tools

, such as: Midjourney, DALLE, Stable Diffusion Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Descript Adobe Firefly or similar AI-powered tools Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and motion design Knowledge of social media content formats and trends Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
