Job Description

Graphic Design

Create designs for digital and print media including posters, brochures, banners, presentations, social media posts, and ads. Develop creative layouts, branding materials, and promotional content based on organizational guidelines. Design logos, icons, infographics, and other brand elements when required. Support in maintaining the brand identity across all platforms.

Video Editing

Edit raw footage into professional, engaging videos for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and internal communication. Add graphics, animations, sound effects, voice-overs, subtitles, and transitions. Create short-form content such as reels, shorts, teasers, and promotional videos. Manage video storage and maintain an organized file structure.

Content Creation

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize visual campaigns. Develop storyboards and creative ideas for videos and design projects. Optimize content formats for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, website).

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with marketing, social media, and product teams to deliver creative assets. Ensure timely delivery of all design and video-related tasks. Adapt designs based on feedback and maintain quality standards.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom. Knowledge of Canva, Figma, DaVinci Resolve (added advantage). Strong understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and branding. Ability to shoot basic videos or manage shoots (optional but preferable).

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (freshers with strong portfolios can apply). Portfolio showcasing design and video editing work is mandatory.
