Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior Video/Graphic Editor & Designer

to join our core team. This is not just a design role--it's a

key creative position

where you'll help shape the visual identity of brands we work with. You will be responsible for creating high-impact video content, stunning still graphics, and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to every project.

As one of our first senior hires, we need a

team player

who is ambitious, proactive, and passionate about design and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

Edit

world-class talking head videos

for clients, ensuring pacing, transitions, subtitles, and overall flow match premium standards. Create

short-form, social-first videos

(reels, YouTube Shorts) optimized for engagement and virality. Incorporate AI-powered tools and creative workflows to speed up and enhance editing.

Graphic Design

Design

eye-catching still graphics

, carousels, ad creatives, and branding assets. Maintain a strong sense of design hierarchy, typography, colors, and palettes. Adapt brand guidelines into creative campaigns and deliver visuals that resonate with audiences.

Creative Strategy & Collaboration

Work closely with the founder, marketing team, and clients to

ideate and execute campaigns

. Stay updated with global design and video trends to push the creative boundaries. Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing in fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a

Video/Graphic Editor & Designer

(portfolio required). Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and familiarity with AI-powered tools (Runway, Midjourney, D-ID, etc. is a plus). Strong sense of design principles:

color theory, typography, composition, and branding.

Ability to take raw footage and transform it into

polished, cinematic, and engaging videos

. Knowledge of social media formats, trends, and algorithms. A

creative problem solver

who thrives under deadlines. Must have your own

laptop/system

capable of handling professional editing. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary Range:

?30,000 - ?50,000 per month
