Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design



Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, and event creatives. Develop engaging

social media creatives

(Instagram posts/reels, Facebook ads, stories, WhatsApp creatives, LinkedIn posts). Create

website graphics, landing pages, and email marketing creatives

aligned with brand guidelines. Design

branding material

(logos, travel itineraries, PPTs, infographics, newsletters, and merchandise). Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure

visuals support campaigns & promotions

.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics



Edit

promotional videos, travel reels, vlogs, and destination highlights

for social media and YouTube. Add voiceovers, background music, and effects to make videos engaging. Create

short teaser ads

for offers, seasonal packages, and campaigns. Work with raw footage (drone shots, GoPro, DSLR) to produce cinematic travel content. Incorporate

motion graphics, titles, and animations

to enhance storytelling.

Branding & Strategy



Maintain

consistent visual identity

across all platforms (digital & print). Research travel industry design trends and implement innovative ideas. Contribute to brainstorming sessions with the marketing team for campaigns.

Team Coordination



Work closely with the

sales & marketing team

to understand design needs. Deliver creatives/videos on time for campaigns, festivals, and offers. Coordinate with external printers, photographers, or vendors if required.

Key Skills Required



Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Knowledge of

Canva, CorelDraw, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

(added advantage). Strong sense of

visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory

. Ability to edit videos with smooth transitions, effects, and engaging storytelling. Knowledge of

social media trends

(Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, etc.). Basic knowledge of photography/videography is a plus.

Professional Qualities



Creativity with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for travel and understanding of travel industry audience.

lead generation and customer engagement

by creating compelling creatives & videos. Support the sales team by designing attractive

strong online presence

and making the company stand out from competitors.

Performance Measurement



Timely delivery of creatives & videos. Quality and creativity of designs (feedback from marketing/sales teams). Engagement rate on social media campaigns (likes, shares, comments). Consistency with brand identity across all platforms. Contribution to

increase in inquiries, leads, and conversions

via visual content.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
