What You'll Do

Create social media posts, ad banners, pitch decks, and landing page assets. Use AI tools for concept generation and design variations. Collaborate with marketing/writing teams for consistent branding.
Who We're Looking For

Fresher with portfolio (Behance/Drive). Basic Adobe/Figma skills; strong eye for typography & layout. Open to experimenting with AI design tools.
Growth Path

Regular portfolio reviews ? sharpen skills faster. Top performers move to full-time with market-level salary. Get real projects into your portfolio (something most freshers lack).
