Key Responsibilities
? Design high-quality marketing assets: social media posts, digital ads, brochures, packaging, presentations, etc.
? Edit engaging videos for campaigns, social media, product showcases, and brand promotions.
? Work closely with brand managers to understand campaign goals and ensure visual consistency.
? Translate brand guidelines into innovative, eye-catching visuals.
? Stay updated with
AI tools
and integrate them into the creative workflow to improve efficiency and output quality.
? Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh ideas and push creative boundaries.
? Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
at a marketing agency or similar environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop
Illustrator
Premiere Pro
After Effects
(Bonus) Blender for 3D assets
Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work (please include portfolio link with application).
Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills -- ability to work with marketing & brand teams.
Familiarity with
AI tools
for design & video (e.g., Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALLE, Topaz Labs, etc.) to enhance workflow.
Good understanding of
brand guidelines
and ability to create assets that align with brand identity.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
? Experience with motion graphics or animation.
? Understanding of UX/UI principles for web and app design.
? Knowledge of marketing trends and digital platform best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
