About the Role
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer/Video Editor to join our dynamic team at Lytegen. In this role, you will be responsible for creating captivating visuals that convey our brand message effectively across various platforms. Your expertise will contribute to producing both static and dynamic content, from eye-catching graphics to engaging video edits, crucial for our marketing efforts.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for promotional materials, social media, and internal communications.
• Edit and create short-form videos (reels, ads, tutorials, etc.) that tell a story and enhance engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align your creations with campaign goals and objectives.
• Maintain consistency in brand imaging across all designs and video content.
• Organize and manage creative files to ensure efficiency in project delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design and video editing to keep our content fresh and innovative.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, and composition.
• Experience with ad design, A/B testing, and optimization techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their specific creative requirements.

• Number of projects completed weekly
• Quality and creativity of deliverables as assessed by the marketing team
• Engagement and conversion metrics of published designs and videos
